Apparatus-Based Classes
Pilates 1
A beginning class focused on the Pilates Reformer, Chair, Small Barrel, and fundamental mat exercises. This class is limited to 7 participants, and is a perfect way to begin Pilates classes. An orientation is required before attending classes, and reservations are required to guarantee a space in class. $16/class or 10/$146.
Pilates 2
A Pilates class incorporating the Reformer, Chair, Small Barrel, and Mat. Previous experience on Pilates apparatus and permission from the instructor are necessary before beginning classes. $16/class or 10/$146.
Pilates for Bone Health
Build healthy bones with this strength-promoting class. The reformer, chair, barrel and mat are all utilized in a matter that maximizes healthy, bone-density promoting load and minimizes exercises which may be unsafe for porous bone. The goal of this class is to utilize the strength-building power of Pilates to provide critical weight-bearing exercise while not comprimising the delicate vertebrae of clients with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Mat-Based Classes
Mat Pilates
A drop-in mat Pilates class for all ability levels, utilizing classical as well as evolved exercises and small props such as the Magic Circle and foam roller. $11/class; $98/10 classes.
Intermediate Mat Flow
Mat work taught with an emphasis on continual motion, transitions, and primarily verbal cueing. Participants should feel very comfortable with mat work and Pilates principles before attending. $11/class or 10/$98.
Pilates w/Barrels
Enrich your Pilates practice with this challenging class utilizing several different barrels and balls, including the step and arc barrel. An intense core workout as well as an excellent opportunity to increase the flexibility of the torso. $11/class; 10 classes for $98.
