Private training is offered for a variety of needs and goals:

We offer single 30 or 55-minute sessions. Pricing begins at $55 for a single 55-minute session, and $28 for a single 30-minutes session. We additionally offer the following packages:
- (10) 55-minute Sessions: $399
- (5) 55-minute Sessions: $250
- (10) 30-minute Sessions: $250
