TRX Suspension Training
We have just completed the installation of a TRX Suspension Training Center which allows up to 7 participants to work out simultaneously. Private training is available in 30 or 55 minute sessions, and classes incorporatingTRX training can be found by looking for the "-X" suffix on the class schedule.
Many of our classes require a reservation, which can be made through the Client Services tab above. If you wish to take Pilates Reformer classes, we do require at least one private training session before attending class. Dance Conditioning Class
Our newest offering is a Modern Dance, Barre, and Pilates fusion class that will mobilize every joint in the body while building core strength. No dance experience or movement memorization skills necessary. All levels welcome! Taught by Alethea Alexander. Check the class schedule for current days and times.
Pilates Instructor Training
Core Kinetics Pilates is an official host-site for Balanced Body's Pilates InstructorTraining programs. Courses are taught by Carolyn Watson, M.S. and are held throughout the year. For more details about the programs, visit the Balanced Body Instructor Training Program Details page.

Orbit Move of the Month
The Orbit is one of our favorite tools to challenge both stability and mobility for our intermediate and advanced clients. Check out "Mermaid to Teaser" and then come give it a try in Shannon's Tuesday 5:30 pm Mat/Orbit Class.
