About Us
We are based out of Bellingham, WA, with a small satellite location in Mount Vernon. We specialize in teaching clients of every background and ability level how to move more efficiently, with ease and a heightened sense of well-being. Our staff is well-educated, highly-trained and eager to work with a variety of scenarios, from post-rehabilitation services to skill optimization for elite athletes.

Core Kinetics Movement & Pilates offers both private and small-group training and educational opportunities, as well as Pilates instructor training. We implement a variety of modalities to move the body, including Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, barre work, and CoreAlign.



Core Kinetics Pilates
TRX Suspension Training 

Our TRX Suspension Training Center  allows up to 7 participants to work out simultaneously. Private training is available in 30 or 55 minute sessions, and classes incorporatingTRX training can be found by looking for the "-X" suffix on the class schedule.

Getting Started

Many of our classes require a reservation, which can be made through the Client Services tab above. If you wish to take Pilates Reformer classes, we do require at least one private training session before attending class. SURFSET Fitness Classes

Our newest offering is SURFSET® Fitness Training. Our surfboard trainers will allow you to challenge yourself in a brand-new way. Our SURFSET® Bootcamp will alternate between four challenging workouts: Balance, Build, Burn, and Blend. Read more about our program here.

Pilates Instructor Training

Core Kinetics Pilates is an official host-site for Balanced Body's Pilates InstructorTraining programs. Courses are taught by Carolyn Watson, M.S. and are held throughout the year. For more details about the programs, visit the Balanced Body Instructor Training Program Details page.
